1. 在公司代理的公寓负责租赁业务，工作地点：公司本部及代理公寓；
2. 所有客户为外籍人士，要求外语听、说、写能力良好；
3. 开拓能力强，能够承受高负荷的工作压力以及适应加班工作,具有良好的服务意识；
4. 良好的团队合作意识及吃苦耐劳精神；
5. 品德正直高尚,形象气质佳,年龄在24岁以上.

Requirements:
1. Apartment & villa sales experience, good comprehension and communication skills
2. Hardworking, responsible, can work under high pressure
3. English communication skills
4. Strong sense of customer orientated service and teamwork
